Welcome

Hi and welcome. My name is Robert Johnson, I work primarily with Deluxe Digital Distribution as a Software Engineer. Deluxe Digital Distribution is based in Burbank, CA and specializes in making streaming movie content available for all devices from handheld devices such as Android/iOS phones and tablets to Web Browsers, Blu-ray Players, and CE Devices. I also hold a position as Racquetball Coordinator at my local YMCA in Brentwood, TN promoting Racquetball within the club and community by hosting Tournaments, Leagues and Lessons. I was born in California's San Fernando Valley and have spent most of my life there but spent my formative pre-teen years living in Las Vegas, NV and currently live in the Nashville, TN area with my son. I obtained my B.S. in Computer Science in 2008 from California State University Northridge (CSUN) and currently attend CSUN part-time working on my thesis for my M.S. in Software Engineering. In addition to working as a Software Engineer and Racquetball Coordinator I'm a freelance web and android developer, working primarily with individuals and small businesses building websites using Joomla, a PHP/MySQL bases Content Management System and applications using Android. This entire site is developed using Joomla and it is built, maintained, and modified personally by me. As a freelancer I specialize in building, deploying, customizing, and maintaining Joomla websites. I also provide custom video/audio tutorials and how-tos for Joomla. Along with my work using Joomla I also create custom web applications and widgets for integration with other websites.
